If the internal inverter fails, can an external inverter be connected?
No. The system is designed as a closed unit. Please contact after-sales support.
Can two or more SolarFlow 800 Plus units be connected in parallel without using HEMS? Can they be used in parallel with other Zendure products under the same conditions?
No. Currently, all SolarFlow models do not support parallel operation in a network-free environment or mixed use with previous generation models. They can only be used together under HEMS.
Can the SolarFlow 800 Plus work with different models of smart meters and smart plugs?
Yes. It can work with Zendure's Smart Meter 3CT, Smart Meter D0/P1, Shelly's Pro3EM and 3EM, Everhome's Ecotracker IR, and HomeWizard's P1 Meter, among others, to achieve automatic power adjustment.
Do the device's battery cells have safety protection? When does the flame-retardant gel activate?

Which extension batteries are compatible with the SolarFlow 800 Plus?
It supports the AB1000 series and the AB2000 series, and it is recommended to use with the AB2000X battery.
Is it normal for the two MPPT outputs to have different power?
Yes, it is normal. Differences in power can be caused by different orientations, obstructions, or angles of the photovoltaic group, and the device will automatically optimize the maximum power point.
How many sets of photovoltaic panels can the SolarFlow 800 Plus connect to?
It can connect to 2 sets of photovoltaic panels, each set of photovoltaic panels has independent MPPT input, up to 750W. The maximum combined power of 2 MPPTs is 1500W.
What are the requirements for the installation environment?
