How does the switching process to the Zendure electricity tariff work?

 You register via the application flow, and we take care of the rest. After concluding the tariff, you automatically receive an order confirmation from us by email. Following that, we cancel your contract with your current electricity provider and register you with the grid operator. Because several external parties are involved in this process (for example electricity suppliers, grid operators), the provider switch can take up to 3 weeks. As soon as we have successfully been able to register you with the grid operator, you will immediately receive a contract and supply confirmation by email.
