Key precautions for manufacturing and connection of the earth wire:

Key precautions for manufacturing and connection of the earth wire:

1.Manufacture the external earth cable: Confirm terminal specification 8.4≤D≤12.5mm. Cut the cable according to the size of O-type terminal length +3mm, insert heat shrink tubing onto the cable and strip the insulation.

2.Insert the wire core into the cold-pressed terminal and crimp tightly with a crimping tool to ensure firm connection.

3.Move the heat shrink tubing to fully cover the joint between terminal and cable. Heat evenly with a heat gun until the tubing fully shrinks. Check sealing after cooling; production is completed.

4.Install the connector with O-type terminal onto the product earth terminal.
Before connecting to the distribution box, always wear insulating gloves before opening the distribution box.

5.Turn off the circuit breaker, connect the other end of the earth wire to the earth busbar of the distribution box and tighten the screws. Installation completed.
