Product FAQ
The power limit of battery charging and discharging is 4000W. How can I hard-wire to unlock and use the power of 4000W?
The SolorFlow 3000 Mix series cannot be hard-wired. To unlock 4000W, you can choose to use the SolorFlow 4000Mix series product of Zendure.
Is there a limit on the battery charge and discharge power? What are the specific limits?
There are clear limits: both the battery charging power and discharging power are ≤ 4000W, ensuring safe and stable operation of the equipment.
Why does the battery automatically activate the calibration function?
Automatic calibration refers to battery capacity calibration (full charge/full discharge), which aims to ensure the accuracy of battery capacity data and guarantee the operation precision of the equipment.
What is the power logic for drawing electricity from the grid in AC manual charging mode?
AC charging power (drawing from the home grid) = Battery charging power set in the App (not exceeding 3000W) + Off-grid socket output power. The total of the two shall not exceed 3680W.
How to activate the AC off-grid port output function?
The off-grid AC port is disabled by default. There are two activation methods: ① Enable it through the Zendure App; ② In scenarios without network or App, press the power button twice consecutively to manually switch on/off locally.
How to turn the equipment on and off?
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on; press and hold for 6 seconds until all indicator lights go out to turn off; short-press the power button to wake up the equipment.
What is the rated input power of the AC coupled micro-inverter?
It is divided into two scenarios: ① Only the off-grid AC port is coupled for input (with external PV micro-inverter), the rated input power is 3680W; ② AC grid connection + AC off-grid port input simultaneously, the total rated input power is ≤ 3000W ...
What is the rated output power of the AC grid-connected port?
There are two scenarios: ① Only the host grid-connected AC port outputs, with a rated power of 3000W (13A, limited by the inverter's output capacity); ② Inverter output + AC coupled inverter output, the total rated power remains 3000W.
What are the maximum charging power and discharging power of a single host?
Both the maximum charging power and discharging power of a single host are 4000W (185.2A 25.6V).
Does the equipment support MPPT PV input function?
The SolorFlow 3000Mix AC+ does not have an MPPT input function, which is one of the core differences from the 4000Mix series.
What are the appearance differences between SolorFlow 3000Mix AC+ and the 4000Mix series?
The main differences include: no MPPT PV input or PV isolation switch; no PV IN AC port; no battery expansion port or battery isolation switch.
What are the specifications of the AC cable?
The cable is 3 meters long, equipped with a Schuko plug, and supports a maximum power of 3000W.
What is the equipment's protection rating?
It has an IP65 protection rating, which provides effective water and dust resistance for use in various outdoor scenarios.
