Why isn’t my SolarFlow’s Wi-Fi Working?



If the Wi-Fi indicator is not blinking, press and hold the IOT button for 3 seconds to begin Wi-Fi configuration.

If the Wi-Fi indicator still does not turn on or blink, press and hold the IOT button for 6 seconds to turn off the Hub. Wait 10 seconds, then press and hold again to turn it back on.

If after this step the Wi-Fi indicator still does not turn on or blink, please contact the dealer who supplied your SolarFlow system and provide them with your Hub’s serial number for further assistance.

If the Wi-Fi indicator is blinking but you are still unable to connect it to your Wi-Fi network, turn on your phone’s hotspot service to see if you can connect this way.

If the hotspot connection is successful, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure your router’s Wi-Fi protocol is set to WPA2.

2. Make sure the Wi-Fi password does only uses standard English letters and numbers.

3. Try moving the Hub closer to the router.

If the above steps do not resolve this issue, please contact support@zendure.com and provide the serial number of your Hub for further assistance.
