Where can I find my contract terms?
After a successful supplier switch, you will receive a contract confirmation from us by email. There you will find both the tariff details and the General Terms and Conditions.
The switch itself usually takes only a few days. In individual cases, however, delays can occur due to your previous electricity supplier or grid operator, and then the process can take up to three weeks. As soon as the switch is completed, we will automatically send you the contract confirmation.
