If the device does not connect to any WiFi hotspot from the router, but tries to connect to the WiFi hotspot from the mobile phone or laptop, but SuperBase Pro still cannot connect to the APP, please refer to the following solutions:
1. You need to reset the device to the hotspot configuration mode correctly;
2. Use a mixing network of 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz, or a 2.4Ghz network, if the connected network is only 5Ghz, it cannot be connected;
3. Connect the correct Wi-Fi hotspot on the phone Wi-Fi settings page (the hotspot name of the device usually starts with "SmartLife");
4. Make sure the phone is fully connected to the device's hotspot before returning to the App;
5. Some mobile phone systems will mistake the hotspot network of the device as an unsafe network, so it cannot be connected, and you need to set it in the phone settings to connect;
6. If the connection process is stuck in the "register to the cloud" step, it may be that the compatibility between the device and the router is not good;
7. If you still cannot connect and operate the device through the above methods, it may be a hardware problem of the device. Please contact Zendure's technical support directly.
