Check the battery status page of the Zendure App to see if all your connected batteries are recognized by the system.
If no batteries are recognized, please contact email@example.com for further assistance. Please include a picture of the Zendure App’s battery status page in your message.
If some batteries are recognized and some are not, rearrange your system so that only the recognized batteries are physically connected to the system and see whether the battery light on the Hub illuminates.
If the light comes on and the other batteries are recognized and working, please contact the dealer who supplied the non-functioning battery/batteries and provide them with any relevant serial numbers for further assistance.
If none of the batteries in your system are being recognized after following the above steps, please contact the dealer who supplied your SolarFlow system and provide them with your Hub’s serial number for further assistance.
