Why isn’t my battery charging?
Step 1: Please go to the battery status page of the Zendure App and identify the battery that isn’t charging. If you have multiple batteries in your system, rearrange your configuration so that only the battery that isn’t charging is connected to your system. Using the Zendure App, set the battery’s charging limit to 100% and the discharge limit to 0%. This may resolve the issue;
Step 2: If the battery still isn’t charging all the way, please contact the dealer who supplied your SolarFlow system for further assistance. They will need the serial number of the relevant battery.
