How to setup the off-grid mode for the Zendure Home Panel

How to setup the off-grid mode for the Zendure Home Panel

Upon receiving your Home Panel, please follow the provided installation instructions. After installation, ensure that both the Home Panel and the SuperBase V are online, and update all firmware to the most recent version.

There are two ways to enable off-grid mode, depending on the status of the device:

If the Home Panel is currently receiving power from the grid, you can activate off-grid mode by pressing and holding the AC button on your SBV until you hear three beeps. When you release the button, the Home Panel icon will appear on your SuperBase V’s display in the lower left section. At this point, you can either shut down the breaker or use the Zendure app to activate off-grid mode.

If the Home Panel is not receiving power from the grid, then you may find that the off-grid option is not available in the Zendure app. This indicates that the Home Panel and your SuperBase V are not communicating with one another. To resolve this, press the AC button on your SuperBase V for 1 second to turn on the AC output. This will power up the Home Panel and activate off-grid mode. After doing this, the system will automatically switch to off-grid mode under similar conditions in the future
