An iMSys has been installed at my place. Why aren’t my consumption data shown in the customer portal yet or used for billing?

After an iMSys is installed, it can take several weeks, and in rare cases even several months, until your metering point operator officially confirms the installation to us. In some cases, an additional so-called forecast adjustment by the distribution system operator is required, which can take up to 4 weeks.
Good to know: you don’t have to do anything else, we take care of the entire process. If you want to speed things up, you can contact your distribution system operator directly.
Optionally, you can already add your meter in the customer portal now. We will then proactively store it in our systems and automatically activate it as soon as the change notification is received.
